Guest Relations Manager-Hertfordshire- Ј20,000 per year
Guest Relations Manager is needed for a beautiful 5* property based in Hertfordshire.
Your main responsibilities would be to ensure the harmonious efficient service for the guests on a shift basis, and that standards are met in accordance with the standard of performance manual.
You will need to have previous front office experience, preferably in the 5* property. Also you will have to have an excellent customer service and good organisational skills.
